VTubeCraft has the authority to sell this product based on the contract with the creator. Users are granted certain usage rights for the purchased product, but the copyright and other intellectual property rights themselves remain the property of the creator.
2. Scope of Permitted Use <br/>After purchase, Users may use this Product for the following purposes.
Personal Use: For distribution or as a distribution model.
Commercial use: YouTube, VTuber activities, video production, use at events, merchandise sales, etc. Content production: VTube Studio, other Live2D platforms, use of characters at events.
3. In the case of works with copyright transfer
If it is a copyright transfer work, please follow the conditions below.
Scope of use: Can be used without restrictions for all purposes.
Moral rights: Even if the copyright is transferred, moral rights (the right to protect the reputation of the work) cannot be transferred. Therefore, please refrain from using the work in a way that degrades it (inappropriate modifications or insulting uses).

Creators may list sold work in their portfolios as achievements.
